📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely collection and reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Analyze and report on receivables data using SAP and Excel, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to implement AR best practices and policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve any disputes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present AR reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Assist in the implementation of new AR systems and tools as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in financial analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
