📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments.,Work collaboratively with the barista team to meet daily sales targets.,Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation and customer service skills.,Participate in regular team meetings and follow the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or barista role.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
