📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with PSA Marine's vision and values.
• Oversee corporate governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage stakeholder relations, including government agencies, industry associations, and the local community.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, promoting environmental responsibility and corporate social responsibility.
• Facilitate communication between the Corporate Affairs team and other departments to ensure effective implementation of corporate strategies.
• Represent PSA Marine at industry events, conferences, and other external engagements.
• Monitor and analyze corporate performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our operations and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, with a proven track record in developing and implementing corporate strategies.
• Strong understanding of maritime and port services industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Familiarity with sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
