📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit policies that support sustainable business growth.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead the review and approval of credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit policies with business objectives.
• Provide training and mentorship to the credit policy team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform policy decisions.
• Report on credit policy performance to senior management.
• Ensure all credit policies comply with local and international regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit policy and risk management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing credit policies in the automotive financing sector.
• Certification in credit risk management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and CreditLife is a plus.
