📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
