📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in the preparation of operational reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Support the management team in achieving operational goals,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Ability to work in a hybrid environment,Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
