As an IT Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in our stores and branches. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily operations. In this role, you will use tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and TeamViewer to manage and resolve IT issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining our IT inventory and ensuring all our systems are up-to-date and secure.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support to store and branch staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
- Manage and update our IT inventory using ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across all locations.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new IT systems and software.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on basic IT skills.
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
- Work closely with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and TeamViewer.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
- Valid certification in IT support or a related field is a plus.
