📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop junior staff to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Promote the brand and products to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
