BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Marketing Agency Relationship Executive to join our team in Banjarnegara. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new agency opportunities, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and ensuring that our agency partners are well-informed about our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that will enhance our market position.

• Identify and pursue new agency partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Maintain and grow existing agency relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to agency partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of agency relationships.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agency relationship management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing agency partnerships.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
