QUILL Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations in the Seminyak, Bali area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team and operations from anywhere while still being based in Seminyak, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Seminyak, Bali area, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Manage a team of sales representatives and customer service agents, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.,Work closely with the national management team to ensure that the local operations align with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Seminyak, Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software, as well as other relevant tools and technologies.,Familiarity with the hospitality and tourism industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
