Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and incorporate this information into our sales and marketing strategies.Manage the budget for the sales and marketing department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the sales and marketing field.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
