📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals on construction materials and equipment.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with client requirements.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding construction materials and equipment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements in our procurement processes.,Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction market and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
