📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration for construction and architecture projects.,Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.,Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.,Resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise during project execution.,Prepare and present contract reports to senior management and clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, particularly in the construction or architecture industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with contract management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
