Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage inventory levels and restock items as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cash registers and stock areas.
  • Assist in opening and closing the store, including counting cash and reconciling sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Assist in any other tasks as required by the store manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new employees on cash handling and customer service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling role.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
