Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive revenue growth by negotiating and closing sales deals with potential clients.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of success in sales and revenue generation.,Strong understanding of market trends and industry developments.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
