The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Barista in preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Barista in preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.,Assist in training new baristas and maintaining high standards of coffee quality.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Participate in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized coffee shop environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
