As a Deputy Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
