📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles

Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance and repairs

Ensure the efficient operation of the fleet

Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption

Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Provide reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented and organized

Valid driver's license

Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
