📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality workforce.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of respect and diversity.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and legal work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
