📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Lead and mentor HR team members.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

Represent the company in HR-related matters.

Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.
