📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor HR staff.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
