📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
