Mandiri Mining is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our remote store operations in Ubud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with the central office for inventory replenishment and other administrative tasks.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
