As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and attractive restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation, and customer service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that support the overall goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
