Microgenesis Business Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auditing and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant certifications. The position is remote and based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS and ISMS standards.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.,Identify and recommend corrective actions to address non-conformities.,Monitor and report on audit findings and progress.,Provide training and guidance to audit teams.,Ensure continuous improvement of audit processes.,Collaborate with management to improve overall performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in QMS and ISMS.,Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification.,Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.,Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with audit software and tools is a plus.
