📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability and rotation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
