📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess training needs and create training plans based on performance evaluations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees to support their professional growth.,Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
