Leaf One Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Experience with training software and tools is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
