📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Assist customers with orders, ensuring they receive the best possible dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments securely and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stock and organize inventory, ensuring all supplies are available for service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
