📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain high-precision aluminum die casting machines, including but not limited to, Toshiba and Sumitomo machines.
- Monitor machine performance and output, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machine efficiency and output.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on produced components.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operation and maintenance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Die Casting Machine Operator in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with aluminum die casting machines, preferably Toshiba or Sumitomo models.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and basic machine maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certification in Die Casting Machine Operation or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
