- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff using Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning materials.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and webinars to enhance the professional development of healthcare staff.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to learners to support their career growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in adult learning and apply best practices in training program design.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of learning initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
