📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to determine their skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes.
• Recommend and apply premium skincare and cosmetics products from our curated range of world-class brands.
• Provide personalized advice on product usage, application techniques, and aftercare routines.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional beauty products to enhance the customer's experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty counter, ensuring that products are presented attractively.
• Assist in organizing beauty workshops, demonstrations, and events to engage customers and showcase our brand's latest offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Excellent knowledge of premium skincare and cosmetics brands, including their ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with beauty software and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as Euromedica's in-house system or similar platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily sales targets.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare.
• Bachelor's degree in beauty, cosmetics, or a related field is a plus.
